- Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including wagers created, picks made, and leaderboard activity.
- Device information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications.
- Payment information: If you purchase an in-app boost, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

- To manage your account and wagers
- To send transactional notifications (wager activity, settlements, pick results)
- To send optional marketing emails about new features (you can opt out at any time)
- To process payments for in-app purchases

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (Supabase for database, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, Expo for app delivery).
- Other users: Your username, display name, and leaderboard score are visible to other Swayger users.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose your information.
4. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications for wager activity and settlement reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and wager data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Your Choices
- Email opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
